This two-day event will take place on four stages over the May 3 and 4 weekend at the
Empire Polo Field
in Indio, California (street map). It is estimated over 80,000 people will attend the first Stagecoach Country Music Festival. We recommend not waiting until the

The 2008 Stagecoach festival has already confirmed Rascal Flatts, The Judds, Dierks Bentley, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Carrie Ubderwood, Earl Scruggs,

Traffic: Peek periods with very heavy traffic are from an hour before through an hour after gates open, and again after the
festival closes, each day. Traffic between peek periods will be heavy but not as congested.
Private Auto: Give yourself 5-10 minutes for every mile you have to drive. If you decide to pick up a hitch hiker along the
way, that would be kind of you, just USE YOUR COMMON SENSE!
Taxi/Cab: Share the load. Your not alone, almost everyone you see around you is attending the festival. Huddle-up and share
the expense. Hotels will have phone numbers of local transportation services in the area.
Limos: There are private companies providing limo service to/from the event. Share the load and expense. Hotels will have
phone numbers.
Hotel Provided Transportation: Few if any of the hotels in the area will be providing transportation to/from the Stagecoach
event.
