Community Information Exchange Program

Guidelines

• We are interested in high quality web sites that provide interesting and valuable information/services which may be of useful interest to our visitors.
• We are selective in our partner relationships; meaning we want our visitors to have a positive experience on our web site as well as on a web site we send them to. We intend to provide a true set of viable resources for our visitors, and those resources must be hotel and/or travel subject related.
• We are not interested in partnering with link-farms, or web sites that hide their reciprocal links page(s). Orphaned reciprocal link pages...will just not happen.
• Our Hotel and Travel Community page link, which will contain your listing, is prominently displayed and linked to from every major page on our site. Your reciprocal-links page MUST somehow be accessible from you home page. We don't care how, where or what, but it must be on your site, and users must be able to find it. We follow one basic formula: when we visit your home page, which we will, if we can't easily find your reciprocal-link page(s), then neither can anyone else, in which case, there is no reason for us to be on it.
• Visitors of Southwestrooms.com will never see a link to a porn site, online gambling, "bad community" or sites that contain smut, obnoxious or adult-only material.

Categories

There are 6 categories, one of which your text-link will be included. It is completely up to you what category you want your site listed in. If you do not specify a category it will be targeted for #5 or #6, which ever makes sense. The first 5 categories are reserved for our Hotel and Travel Community page. The 6th category is reserved for international sites offering information/services about hotels and travel outside the United States. That page, International Exchange , is linked to from the Hotel and Travel Community page. Categories are as follows:

1. Palm Springs Hotels & Travel Services.
2. San Diego Hotels & Travel Services.
3. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Grand Canyon Hotels & Travel Services.
4. USA Hotels & Travel Services.
5. Miscellaneous (is not a catch-all for junk, your site must still pass the guidelines and common sense test.)
6. International Hotels & Travel Services.

Confirmation

• After submit we will evaluate your site and send email confirmation—along with our reciprocal text-link info to be installed on your site.
• In your reply to that email, please specify a date we can verify our text-link on your site. Your link will be installed ± 48 hours on or before that date.
• We will then send final email confirmation when your text-link is up.
• Trust is everything. We do not remove our partners links, ever.
  However, If our link disappears, or if your reciprocal-links page becomes orphaned, we will remove your link.

Note: If you have multiple sites for which you want to partner, submit Request Form for each site.
